The Kennedy School of Government is Harvard University’s center for research and policy initiatives regarding information, technology, and governance. Kennedy School faculty possess an extraordinary portfolio of research, teaching, and contributions to policy in the domain of information, technology, and governance.

The number of faculty at the Kennedy School who work fully or in part in the area of information, technology, and governance continues to grow rapidly.

In addition, several programs in the School focus their research and outreach activities largely on information, technology, and governance. These programs include the Governance of Information Seminar Series, the Rueschlikon Conferences on Information Policy, the Program on Networked Governance, the Science and Technology Policy Program, the Program on Technology and Economic Policy, and the E-Government Executive Education Program.

Students interested in information, technology and governance enroll in a variety of degree and non-degree programs including the Master's Degree Programs, Ph.D. Programs, and Executive Programs. A wide variety of courses in the area of information, technology and governance are offered each year. The School also maintains visiting fellows programs for qualified pre- and post-doctoral students.
